Juan DiArte is the President's Chief of Staff  and Executive Special Assistant. He supports high-priority initiatives, ensuring effective project management, communication, and research, and facilitates communication between the President and executive staff. He is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in education.

He was a Student Services Manager at MCC and Pima Community College. He spearheaded collaborations with multiple departments to enhance student retention and graduation rates. Adhering to Guided Pathways principles, he helped implement effective enrollment strategies, recruitment initiatives, and new academic advising services, fostering a forward-thinking and continuous improvement mindset.

Juan was an Academic Advisor at Pima Community College and Student Services Coordinator at PPEP TEC High School District. He showcased his aptitude in navigating college processes, outreach, and recruitment efforts, while working with a diverse and at-risk student population. His adeptness in supervising employees, managing budgets, and coordinating programs have positively impacted community relationships and employee development.

He served as a Special Education Lead Teacher with Chicanos Por La Causa, demonstrating his commitment to student success and pedagogical advancement.

He has participated in various leadership programs, such as the Hispanic Leadership Institute at Valle del Sol, the Leadership Fellows Program by the National Community College Hispanic Council (NCCHC), and the Leadership Institute for Tomorrow.

Juan has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Arizona and a Master of Education from Northern Arizona University.
